Access Business Services Ltd is a small family run business specialising in the ownership and management of commercial real estate. Established over 25 years ago by the company’s leading director, Andreas Athanasiou, the company currently owns and manages Ashley House, a four-storey commercial building located in Hounslow Town Centre. Andreas continues to oversee the management of Ashley House with the assistance of co-Director and Property Manager, Nelina Kime

  • Ensuring that Health and Safety requirements are met and upheld
  • Objecting to planning applications for developments in the vicinity that would potentially have a negative impact on the building
  • Dealing with the management of the car park
